We have good news; we just got an announcement this morning. Now even when eCards are issued through the eCard system and the student claims their card, after 24 hours of claiming it, the student can go into Atlas to see the link to claim CEs. The student’s name and email address on the eCard must the account on Atlas. If they don’t have an Atlas account, they will need to create one so they may claim the CEs. Instructors no longer need to send the link for the student to claim CEs.
As you can see by the example below, this access was backdated. This card was issued in the eCard system, but the link to Claim CE takes the student to a screen that will capture the necessary information to send the credit notification to the accrediting board.
Proof of Completion
